Prices
We reserve the
right to change prices at any time. Due to possible information
misrepresentations, we may correct typographical and printing errors related to
prices at any time. Members should be aware that product prices can and do
fluctuate as a result of a supplier changing their wholesale pricing. Roldans.com
has no control over any supplier's pricing policies and therefore cannot
guarantee any item will remain any particular price for any period of time. In
an event that, due to technical issues, incorrect pricing is generated on
products sold to members via our website, Roldans.com has the right to inform
the customer of the matter. Orders with incorrect pricing will become null and
void and a corrected invoice will be issued with the correct pricing for the
order. The customer will then have the right to cancel the order or accept the
order by paying the corrected cost for the order.
Free Trials
Roldans.com
does not currently offer any free trials. Should we decide to offer a free
trial those terms will be posted here.
Billing
By using the
Roldans.com service, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill
you for your purchases whether made over the phone, mail or our website,
www.roldans.com. Plus, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur
in connection with your use of the Roldans.com service. As used in these Terms
of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as

Cancellation
You may cancel
your Distributorship within 30 days days of signing
up with Roldans.com and can be done at any time during regular business hours,
and cancellation will be effective immediately.

Roldans.com service, you consent to receiving electronic, phone, and mail
communications from Roldans.com. These communications will include notices
about your account (e.g., shipping and receiving e-mails) and information concerning
or related to our service. These communications are part of your relationship
with Roldans.com and you are entitled to receive them as part of the
Roldans.com distributor business program. You agree that any notice,
agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you
electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including
that such communications be in writing.

Roldans.com and
its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within
the Continental U.S.,
Shipping and handling charges
You are
responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased
from Roldans.com. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are
refused or returned for any reason. We are not responsible for incidental or
consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your
order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of
any item you purchase from us. ANY ODD SIZED OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS WILL
REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION FROM Roldans.com. THESE ORDERS WILL
NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST. Members should use
the shipping figures based on the shipping rate charged to you by Roldans.com's shipping.
Order changes
Generally, the
Member should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any
way. However, if the Member contacts Roldans.com's
customer service department, it may be occasionally possible to amend the
order.
