Question: Do I need to have a business license to become a distributor for your company?

Answer: You are not required to have a business license to become a distributor for our company. However, if you plan to sell within your local state you will most likely need to obtain a sellers permit in your state. It is very easy and inexpensive to get your permit. Due to varying laws from state to state, all questions pertaining to business licenses and permits should be referred to your local City Hall.

If you are a resident of California and have your sellers permit, provide us with a copy and we will waive any tax charges on your orders.

Question: Is my credit card information secure when placing an order with Roldans?

Answer: Yes…You may shop with confidence. Orders placed on Roldans.com are completely secure via our SSL 128 encryption (High) technology.

Question: What is your Privacy Policy?

The bottom line is, this site has security measures in place to protect your personal and credit card information during the ordering process. The information is submitted through a secure server and is kept safe until retrieved by our billing department. In plain English, your information is safe with us. We will not give, sell, or trade your information with any person, company, or entity at any time now, or in the future. We are a company who strives to promote honesty and integrity.

Question: Do you dropship orders?

Answer: Yes, dropshipping service is free. We do not charge a fee. We will ship the product directly to your customer. You must, however, provide a physical address. No P.O. Boxes.

Question: How soon will my order be shipped?

Answer: ROLDAN'S will process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days)

Question: Besides placing my order online, how else can I place an order?

Answer: You may also fax your order, call to place your order or mail us your order. Whatever is more convenient for you. However, mailing your order may take a little longer since it might take a few days before we receive it.

Question: What do I do if an item is received defective?

Answer: Our merchandise return policy is as follows:

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT: To obtain authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call or email us within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. CONDITIONS: Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

A. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Roldans. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

B. Sample items are not returnable.

C. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
